Here’s George Clooney’s ex and recent Steve-O jump-off (ahh, that might be it), Elisabetta Canalis, lookin’ tastier than a vintage meatball sammich, maxin’ and relaxin’ with a hot friend in a yellow bikini, on the beach in Sardinia, Italy.
